It is with great pleasure that I offer this letter of reference for Home Maintenance Concepts and Ed Popchock. As the Executive Director of the West Chester Area Senior Center in West Chester, Ed and his company were recommended to me by one of our very active Board members about 18 months ago when I first arrived here. In my role, I act as both director of our almost 15,000 sq. ft. Senior Center facility and I am also landlord to the other two businesses in our almost 30,000 sq. ft. building in the Borough of West Chester.
We have used Ed and his company for many, many projects during the last 18 months and I am pleased to tell you we have always had a great experience. We have found Ed, Clark and Joe to be very professional from start to finish on any given project. On the very rare occasion I can’t reach them on my first call, they are always very prompt to get back to my call or e-mail. If we have had something of an urgent need, they have helped us quickly and efficiently, while if it’s been something of less urgency, they have still always scheduled us in within a very reasonable amount of time. Perhaps as importantly, they arrive when they say they’ll be here – and I don’t often find that with others these days.
Ed and his team not only show up in uniform and are easily identified, but they are extremely personable, easy to work with, and are always sure to communicate issues and questions before and during a project to be sure we always “get what we want how we want it.” We’ve had no surprises and have had accurate estimates of their work before they’ve begun. Since my budget is so very limited, I very much appreciate that!
Ed and his team are each polite and friendly to our seniors yet they maintain their professionalism and “get the job done” within a very reasonable amount of time. They are mindful of their work space, and tools and equipment particularly as related to safety and the people around them which is of utmost importance in our senior center.
